What an incredible experience our students had this week with the FireKeepers – Indigenous Song Circle!
The sessions took place at the ADEA office in Prince Albert, and we’re so proud to have hosted such a great event.
A special shoutout to our amazing student participants:
From FGMS: Mayna Dantouzze, Robert Fern, and Darwin Robillard
From FPMDS: Rona Beavereye and Preston Robillard
— and their music teacher, Annetta Whetham, for her ongoing support and dedication to their growth and creativity.
Huge thanks to Troy Kokol, Donny Parenteau, and Tayller McKinney for leading the sessions and inspiring our students through music.
And of course, a huge thank you to everyone behind the scenes who helped make this visit possible — your support truly made this meaningful experience happen.
The sessions were filled with music, creativity, and inspiration. It was truly something special, and we’re so grateful for the time shared and the memories made.
